Welcome to gonexiora.com, an online insurance platform operated by Omni Nexiora Health Consultancies LLC SOC ("Nexiora," "we," "us," "our") on behalf of Qatar Insurance (QIC). By accessing or using this website, you ("User," "Customer," or "Insurance Broker") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing, registering for, or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using this platform, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and that you have the authority to accept these terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent.

3. Registering an account

• You may register as an individual customer, an SME representative, or an insurance broker.
• When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, and you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or close an account at our discretion if we detect suspicious or unauthorised activity.

4. Services we offer

• Plan information — browsing and exploring the range of health insurance plans available through our platform.
• Quote creation — customers and brokers can generate and manage insurance quotes.
• Policy issuance — finalising policy issuance for approved quotes in line with regulatory requirements.

5. How long a quote stays valid

Quotes generated through the platform are valid for a limited period, as stated in the quote documentation. A quote that has passed its validity period is considered expired and may require you to resubmit your information for a new quote.

Premiums shown in a quote may be adjusted following review of your documentation and any other conditions set by the insurer. We will let you know before your policy is issued if your premium changes.

6. Information you provide

Any information or documentation you share with us during quote creation or policy issuance may be passed to the relevant insurer and our appointed Third Party Administrators (TPAs) for verification and processing.

You are responsible for making sure everything you provide is accurate and current. Information that is incorrect or misleading can affect whether a policy is issued, or can lead to a policy being terminated.

7. Misrepresentation

Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during quote generation or policy issuance can result in a policy not being issued, or in cover ending immediately. Any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation we identify may also carry legal consequences under UAE law.

8. Policy issuance and claims

• Policies are issued by Qatar Insurance (QIC); claims and day-to-day administration are handled by the TPA assigned to your policy.
• As a policyholder, you're responsible for following the terms set by both the insurer and your assigned TPA.
• For claims or any policy-related support, please contact the TPA detailed in your policy documentation.

9. Payment

• Fees, applicable taxes and payment terms are communicated to you at the point of quote creation or policy issuance.
• We accept credit and debit cards, along with any other methods listed on the website at checkout.
• All payments are processed in line with the applicable regulations of Qatar Insurance (QIC).

10. No warranties

gonexiora.com and the information on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omni Nexiora Health Consultancies LLC SOC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from or connected to your use of our website or services, whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

12. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos and other intellectual property on this website belong to Omni Nexiora Health Consultancies LLC SOC or its licensors. Unauthorised use is not permitted, and using the website does not grant you any right to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from anything on it.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes relating to your use of our services fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
